Job summary

Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team is seeking a Paralegal to support its Legal team across commercial contracts, sponsorship, procurement, data protection, and sports regulation. You will handle NDAs, supplier contracts, and legal databases, acting as a proactive first point of contact for general queries.

You will work closely with the Legal Director, Group General Counsel, and broader business to maintain efficient operations and develop your experience in F1's fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree classification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good legal research skills and judgement.

• Strong administrative and document management ability.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for general legal queries and coordinate support.
• Provide drafting and administrative support across supplier contracts, procurement, IT, and data protection.
• Draft and manage NDAs, cease and desist letters, and HR recruitment terms.
• Coordinate execution and distribution of legal documents to relevant parties.
• Maintain filing systems and databases for contracts and precedents.
• Instruct and coordinate outsourced due diligence providers as required.
• Assist with preparation of legal documents, bundles, and presentations; support meeting coordination.
• Support the Group General Counsel and wider legal team with ad hoc tasks.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.
