Job summary

Aston Martin Formula One Team is seeking a Paralegal to support the Legal team across commercial contracts, sponsorship, procurement, data protection, and sports regulation. You will manage NDAs, supplier contracts, and legal databases while coordinating with the Legal Director and broader team.

The role emphasizes drafting, administrative support, and an ability to build effective cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment at Silverstone.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background and a 2:1 degree.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good legal research skills and judgement.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Experience with legal document management and databases.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for general legal queries.
• Draft and administer contracts, NDAs, and HR recruitment terms.
• Coordinate execution and distribution of legal documents.
• Maintain filing systems and databases for contracts and precedents.
• Instruct external due diligence providers as required.
• Assist with preparation of legal documents, bundles, and meetings.
• Support the Group General Counsel and Legal Director with ad hoc tasks.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.
