Prestige Talent Partners is recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal for a busy law firm in Bury. You will support the property team across a broad range of matters from instruction to completion, handling files with supervision and contributing to a high-quality service.

The role suits someone with at least two years in residential conveyancing, with strong organisation and communication skills, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal

Location: Bury

Full Time | Office Based

An established and well regarded law firm based in Bury is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal to join their growing property team.

This role would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential conveyancing who is confident managing files with supervision and supporting on a busy caseload from instruction through to completion.

The Role

You will be supporting the conveyancing team on a broad range of residential property matters including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build matters
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
• Preparing legal documents and progressing files efficiently

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:
