Prestige Talent Partners is recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal for a busy law firm in Bury. You will support the property team across a broad range of matters from instruction to completion, handling files with supervision and contributing to a high-quality service.

The role suits someone with at least two years in residential conveyancing, with strong organisation and communication skills, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience assisting on or managing your own files.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work well within a fast paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the conveyancing team on a broad range of residential property matters.
• Handle sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Assist with remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Work on new build matters and liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
• Prepare legal documents and progress files from instruction to completion.
