Confidential is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a boutique commercial firm with a thriving residential conveyancing team of five lawyers.

The role involves managing own sales and purchase caseload with strong support, liaising with clients and agents, drafting documents, and assisting on plot sales and other property transactions. The successful candidate will have fee-earning exposure and be highly organised with excellent communication skills.

• Experience gained as a property paralegal in a well-regarded law firm.

Responsibilities

• Work on your own sales and purchase caseload with ample legal support, training and supervision if required.
• Liaise with clients and agents on sales and purchases.
• Generate client bills to meet departmental targets.
• Draft documents and letters.
• Assist on plot sales and other property transactions.
• Assist on other work in the company as and when required including assisting other departments as and when required.
