Puro Associates in Manchester is seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to support our busy Conveyancing team. You will assist with a broad range of matters from instruction through to completion, drafting documents and maintaining case files.

About the Role

An established and growing law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Paralegal to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team.

• Assist with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Prepare, draft and amend legal documents and correspondence.
• Manage and maintain accurate electronic case files.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
• Conduct legal research and property searches where required.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.
• Provide excellent client care throughout the transaction.
• Support the wider Residential Property team with administrative and legal tasks.

About You

• Previous experience within a Residential Conveyancing team is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
