Job summary

Habito by Monzo is hiring a paralegal to support an in‑house conveyancing practice. You will help fee earners with administrative and legal tasks, communicate with clients, and progress transactions using cutting‑edge tech to streamline processes.

Knowledge of Land Law and experience in conveyancing are preferred. The role offers hybrid working with 1–2 days in the London office each week, plus a range of benefits to support career development.

We are looking for a paralegal to help build and grow our in‑house conveyancing practice. Our cutting‑edge technology helps streamline the conveyancing process, enabling fee earners to do their best work and keep clients and third parties updated throughout the transaction.

You will support the fee earners in all areas with their busy conveyancing case load. You will offer both administrative and legal assistance including file opening, communicating with clients and progressing the transactions.

More about what you’ll do

• Support the Fee Earners in administrative and legal tasks
• Communicate with customers and ensure the highest level of customer service is provided
• Post completions experience is desirable, but not required

More about you

• You will have knowledge of Land Law
• Experience in working in conveyancing (preferable)
• You will enjoy thinking creatively about traditional concepts and have the ability to work efficiently and proactively, taking the initiative and managing time well to prioritise work
• You will have great communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
