Together is seeking an in-house paralegal to join our Group Legal Department in Cheadle. You will support the litigation function by proactively managing a high-volume and fast-moving caseload, with a focus on Claims Management Companies (CMCs).
You will work with the Head of Litigation, Legal Counsel and an Apprentice Solicitor to handle day-to-day case administration, ensure deadlines are met and assist with the team’s strategy for claims handling and recoveries.

As part of our Group Legal Department, you will play a key role in supporting the litigation function by proactively managing a high-volume and fast-moving caseload of customer legal claims, with a particular focus on claims arising from Claims Management Companies (CMCs).
Working closely with the Head of Litigation, Legal Counsel and an Apprentice Solicitor, you will manage day-to-day case administration, ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements, prepare case documentation and support the team's strategic approach to claims handling.
The role will also provide litigation and enforcement support to the Group’s Recoveries function, assisting with matters relating to possession proceedings, receivership appointments, bankruptcy proceedings, security enforcement and recovery actions alongside our external legal panel.
