Job summary

Habito by Monzo is hiring a paralegal to support an in‑house conveyancing practice. You will help fee earners with administrative and legal tasks, communicate with clients, and progress transactions using cutting‑edge tech to streamline processes.

Knowledge of Land Law and experience in conveyancing are preferred. The role offers hybrid working with 1–2 days in the London office each week, plus a range of benefits to support career development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Land Law.
• Experience in working in conveyancing preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently, proactively, and manage time to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Fee Earners in administrative and legal tasks.
• Communicate with clients to ensure excellent service levels.
• Progress transactions and assist with post-completions where applicable.
