Kier Group's Property team in London is seeking a Paralegal to support asset management, sales and purchases, development-related agreements, due diligence, lettings and construction documents.

Based in London with hybrid working and occasional travel to the office, you will collaborate across Development, Finance, Marketing and Asset Management, helping the team deliver high-quality property outcomes while developing your career in property law.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisers to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to improving legal processes and provide compliance support.

Job description

We're looking for a Paralegal to join our Property team based in London.

Location:

London - Hybrid working available with travel to the office required 3 days per week

Hours:

37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Property legal team in London. You'll be supporting the business on a diverse range of matters including asset management, sales and purchases, development-related agreements, due diligence, lettings and construction documents. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively with colleagues across Development, Finance, Marketing and Asset Management, making a real impact in a dynamic property environment. What will you be responsible for?
  • Assisting with legal tasks including reviewing and amending documents such as NDAs, contracts, deeds, and planning agreements
  • Undertaking legal research, reviewing Land Registry titles and providing advice on property documentation
  • Supporting the team in managing contract approvals, execution and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers to support business objectives
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of legal processes and providing compliance support
What are we looking for?
  • You have experience as a paralegal in the property sector, either in-house or in private practice
  • You possess strong knowledge of property law, particularly in commercial and residential property developments
  • You're commercially minded with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, accessible language
  • You have excellent organisational skills and can confidently manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • You're a natural relationship builder who enjoys collaborating with colleagues at all levels
