Job summary

Strictly Recruitment is supporting a highly regarded UK law firm in Colchester to recruit a Paralegal for its specialist Property Securitisation team. The role offers a hybrid pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, and a salary of £26,226 per year.

You will work closely with Partners and Solicitors on title checks, due diligence, Land Registry documents and pre- and post-completion matters, while managing your own caseload and providing progress updates to clients and fee earners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree in Law, Politics, Economics or humanities-related subject
• Property or conveyancing experience is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication, research and drafting abilities
• Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines
