Our client is specifically looking for someone who has prior experience in Conveyancing or Property Law, and is comfortable using the Land Registry portal. Experience of dealing with social housing issues would be preferable.
Specific duties will include:
Our client is looking for candidates with conveyancing experience, who are able to manage their own caseload and possess good drafting and research skills. Ideally, candidates will have achieved a 2 degree in Law or conversion. They must have exemplary IT skills, strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision in a calm, efficient and timely manner.
Hybrid working is offered (after initial training with this role, with 3 days in the office, 2 days at home subject to business needs).
