Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a hands-on Pantry Supervisor at Canary Wharf, London to manage daily operations of coffee machines and vending across a busy multi-floor site. You will ensure machines are clean, stocked and fully operational while delivering high service standards.

You will oversee a team of 6 operatives, maintain food safety and health & safety compliance, and log faults with basic troubleshooting using digital systems. The role is on-site with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in pantry, vending, coffee, or similar environment.
• Previous supervisory experience (or ready to step up).
• Organised, proactive, and confident using digital tools.

Pay: £17.44 per hour
Reports to: Pantry & Vending Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Pantry Supervisor to manage daily operations of coffee machines and vending services across a busy, multi-floor site. You’ll ensure machines are clean, stocked, and fully operational while maintaining high service standards.
