Qualifications

• Experience in pantry, vending, coffee, or similar environment.
• Supervisory experience or readiness to step up.
• Organised, proactive and confident using digital tools.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coffee machines and vending across multiple locations.
• Manage cleaning, stock levels and machine uptime.
• Log and elevate faults; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor performance using digital systems.
• Supervise a team of operatives and coordinate daily tasks.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
