Job summary

Compass Group UK&I in Canary Wharf is seeking a confident Coffee Bar Supervisor to lead our busy weekday coffee bars. You will supervise the barista team, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.

We value strong communication, barista training, experience with digital POS tills, and a calm, motivating presence. This role offers weekday hours with on-site benefits and opportunities for career development.

Coffee Bar Supervisor – Canary Wharf
£17.19 per hour

We’re looking for a confident, personable Coffee Bar Supervisor to lead our busy weekday coffee bars in the heart of Canary Wharf. If you’re passionate about great coffee, love bringing people together, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
