Job description

Due to continued success and ongoing projects, my client is seeking panel wirers to join them on a contract basis for 3 - 6 months with really good earning potential available. The successful panel wirer will carry out the following duties:

1. Fitting and wiring electrical components within sheet metal enclosures/panel boards/switch boards
2. Wiring components from schematics
3. Fitting electrical components to back plates and external covers
4. Fitting copper busbar systems

As a panel wirer, you will have the following experience:

1. Wiring experience from schematic drawings
2. Machine and panel wiring/fitting electrical components
3. Understanding of electrical testing
4. Current or previous experience as panel wirer, electrical fitter, electrical installation, electrical assembly

If you are an energetic individual with a good understanding of industrial electrics and/or commercial electrical installation with panel wiring experience, this Telford-based role will be of interest, offering the following:

1. Good hourly rates plus lots of overtime paid at good rates
2. Midday finish Friday and paid breaks
