Job Opportunity: Trainee Panel Wirer

Recruit4Staff is proud to represent a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Trainee Panel Wirer to work at their facility in Stoke.

Benefits for the successful Trainee Panel Wirer include:

1. Starting salary of £24,960 per annum, increasing with training
2. Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
3. Permanent position
4. Overtime paid at x1.33
5. Wage review after 12 months
6. 21 days holiday plus bank holidays

The Role - Trainee Panel Wirer:

1. Building and wiring control panels
2. Reading schematic diagrams
3. Using hand and power tools
4. Fitting components with suitable fixtures
5. Determining appropriate wire types and sizes
6. Locating and reporting faults
7. Assembling products

What we are looking for in a Trainee Panel Wirer:

1. GCSEs or equivalent in English, Maths, and Science ESSENTIAL
2. BTEC and/or NVQ in an Engineering discipline ESSENTIAL
3. Computer literacy to a reasonable degree ESSENTIAL
4. Previous panel wiring experience BENEFICIAL
5. Electrical knowledge BENEFICIAL
