Ford & Stanley Talentwise is seeking an experienced PCB Wiring & Panel Wiring Technician in Staffordshire for a 2-3 month contract. The role involves assembling and wiring electrical panels, PCB assemblies, and wiring looms, with training on day shifts before switching to afternoons.

Applicants should have solid experience in crimping, soldering, wiring, and testing, and be able to read engineering drawings and schematics. Immediate start available with PAYE at £24.00 per hour.

PCB Wiring & Panel Wiring Technician

Monday to Friday (Starting on Days, Moving to Afternoons)

We are currently recruiting for experienced PCB Wiring & Panel Wiring Technicians to join a busy engineering team based in Staffordshire on a 2-3 month contract.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in electrical assembly, PCB installation, panel wiring, and wiring looms. Successful applicants will initially work on day shifts for training and familiarisation before transitioning to a regular afternoon shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly and wiring of electrical panel boards
• Installation and connection of PCB assemblies
• Building, routing, and fitting wiring looms
• Crimping and terminating electrical connections
• Soldering electronic and electrical components
• Electrical testing and basic fault-finding
• Working from engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Ensuring all work is completed to the required quality and safety standards

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in PCB wiring, panel wiring, or electrical assembly
• Competent in crimping, soldering, wiring, and testing
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring schematics
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Previous experience within rail, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or similar engineering environments is advantageous
• Valid Medical and Drug & Alcohol (D&A) screening required
