Ford & Stanley Talent Services Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician / Electrical Fitter for a 2-3 month contract in Staffordshire. The role involves assembly, wiring, testing, and installation of electrical components and panel assemblies.

You will start on days for training, then move to afternoons, with an immediate start available. The ideal candidate holds Level 3 Electrical Qualification and has hands-on experience in panel wiring, PCB installation, and wiring looms.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification required (NVQ 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or manufacturing environments.
• Must pass drugs and alcohol test.
• Competent in wiring, crimping, soldering, and testing.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.
• Valid Medical and Drug & Alcohol screening required.

2-3 Month Contract

Monday to Friday (Starting on Days, Moving to Afternoons)

We are currently recruiting for a team of Level 3 Qualified Electrician / Electrical Fitter to join a busy engineering team based in Staffordshire on a 2-3 month contract.

This role will involve the assembly, wiring, testing, and installation of electrical components and panel assemblies. Successful candidates will initially work on day shifts for training and familiarisation before moving onto a regular afternoon shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly and wiring of electrical panel boards
• Installation and connection of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assemblies
• Building and fitting wiring looms
• Crimping and terminating electrical connections
• Soldering electronic and electrical components
• Electrical testing and fault-finding
• Working from engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Ensuring all work is completed to quality and safety standards

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or manufacturing environments
