HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Panel Technician to join a Milton Keynes accident repair centre. You will repair and replace vehicle panels to manufacturer standards in a busy bodyshop environment.

Ideal candidates have panel repair experience, a full UK driving licence, and knowledge of modern vehicle construction. A comprehensive benefits package and uncapped bonus potential are available.

Formación

• Previous experience as Panel Technician or Panel Beater.
• Experience working in an accident repair centre.
• Strong panel repair, replacement and removal/refitting skills.
• Knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence.
• ATA/NVQ/IMI qualifications advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out vehicle body repairs and panel replacements to manufacturer standards.
• Assess vehicle damage and identify suitable repair methods.
• Remove, repair and refit vehicle body panels and associated components.
• Complete structural and non-structural panel repairs where required.
• Work on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and manufacturer standards.
• Work alongside paint and MET technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.

We are recruiting for an experienced Panel Technician to join our client's busy accident repair centre in Milton Keynes.

The Role

Working within a busy accident repair centre, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs and panel replacements, ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out vehicle body repairs and panel replacements to manufacturer standards.
• Assessing vehicle damage and identifying suitable repair methods.
• Removing, repairing and refitting vehicle body panels and associated components.
• Completing structural and non-structural panel repairs where required.
• Working on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Ensuring all repairs meet quality and manufacturer standards.
• Working alongside paint and MET technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair Technician.
• Experience working within an accident repair centre or automotive bodyshop.
• Strong vehicle panel repair, replacement and removal/refitting skills.
• Knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• A full UK driving licence.

ATA, NVQ, IMI or equivalent automotive body repair qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
