Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater / MET Technician within vehicle body repair.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer care-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team under pressure.
• Welding experience is highly desirable, but training can be provided.
• Recognised qualifications such as ATA or NVQ Level 3 are advantageous.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and general mechanical duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical diagnostic checks on vehicles before and after repairs.
• Perform general mechanical work as required.
• Remove, repair, and fit vehicle body panels with precision.
• Prepare vehicles and panels for topcoat and clearcoat application.
• Identify needed vehicle parts and prepare accurate ordering lists.
• Operate repair equipment safely, adhering to company safety standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout repair processes.
