Perfect Placement is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / MET Technician for a reputable body repair centre in Crawley. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional vehicle repairs and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater / MET Technician within vehicle body repair.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Strong communication and customer care mindset.
• Welding experience is highly desirable, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical diagnostic checks on vehicles before and after repairs.
• Remove, repair, and fit vehicle body panels with precision.
• Prepare vehicles and panels for topcoat and clearcoat application.
• Identify needed vehicle parts and prepare accurate ordering lists.
• Operate repair equipment safely, adhering to company safety standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout repair processes.
