Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Panel Beater for a Twilght Shift in Doncaster. Earn up to £50,000 per year with an uncapped bonus, on a Monday-to-Friday, permanent basis within a busy bodyshop group.

The role covers panel straightening, welding and bonding vehicle structures, and removal/replacement of body shells, with a strong emphasis on safety and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experienced panel beater with accident repair background.
• Time served or City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3.
• ATA qualification advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy Bodyshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate body alignment jigs.
• Carry out panel straightening and repairs.
• Panel replacement and structural repairs.
• Weld and bond vehicle structures.
• Remove and replace complete body shells where required.
• Identify and list parts required for repairs.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and growing Bodyshop group in the Doncaster area.

The Role

• Operating body alignment jigs


• Carrying out panel straightening and repairs


• Panel replacement and structural repairs


• Welding and bonding vehicle structures


• Removing and replacing complete body shells where required


• Accurately identifying and listing parts required for repairs


• Ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard


• Working safely and following manufacturer repair methods and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Panel Beater with a strong background in accident repair


• Time served and/or qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3


• ATA qualification advantageous but not essential


• Able to work efficiently in a busy Bodyshop environment


• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your repairs


• A professional approach with a focus on safety and high-quality workmanship
