Holt Recruitment Group are partnering with a busy bodyshop group in Mansfield to recruit an experienced Panel Beater for a permanent, Monday to Friday role.

You'll work on panel straightening, alignment and repairs, including welding and bonding, with an uncapped monthly bonus and a competitive hourly rate of up to £24. This is a safety-conscious role in a busy workshop offering excellent earning potential and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experienced Panel Beater with a strong background in accident repair.
• Time served and/or qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3.
• ATA qualification advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy Bodyshop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your repairs.
• A professional approach with a focus on safety and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Operating body alignment jigs
• Carrying out panel straightening and repairs
• Panel replacement and structural repairs
• Welding and bonding vehicle structures
• Removing and replacing complete body shells where required
• Accurately identifying and listing parts required for repairs
• Ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Working safely and following manufacturer repair methods and procedures
