Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Panel Beater for a permanent role in Sherburn-in-Elmet. The position offers an earning potential around £55,000 per year and a stable career with ongoing development.

Role involves body alignment, panel straightening, replacement of panels, welding/bonding, and maintaining an accurate parts list. Monday–Friday, 42.5 hours per week, with team bonus and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Time served and/or qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ level.
• ATA is advantageous but not essential.
• As a Panel Beater, you should be efficient, and all work must be completed to the required standard.

Responsibilities

• Operate body alignment jigs.
• Panel straightening and filling.
• Replace panels as needed.
• Welding and bonding of vehicle structure.
• Keep an accurate parts list.
