Holt Recruitment Group is recruiting for a skilled Panel Beater in Nottingham on a permanent, Monday–Friday basis. The role offers up to £24 per hour plus an uncapped bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role involves panel straightening, repairs, welding, and body-shell work within a busy bodyshop. A strong accident repair background and City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 are preferred. ATA is a bonus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced panel beater with a strong background in accident repair.
• Time served and/or City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3.
• ATA qualification advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy Bodyshop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your repairs.
• A professional approach with a focus on safety and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Operating body alignment jigs.
• Carrying out panel straightening and repairs.
• Panel replacement and structural repairs.
• Welding and bonding vehicle structures.
• Removing and replacing complete body shells where required.
• Accurately identifying and listing parts required for repairs.
• Ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Working safely and following manufacturer repair methods and procedures.

The Role

As a Panel Beater, your responsibilities will include:
