Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable automotive workshop. You will repair high-tech and luxury vehicles to the highest standards, delivering quality workmanship and supporting a busy workshop.

This role offers earning potential with up to 50,000 basic salary and an OTE around 55,000 per annum, uncapped bonuses, generous holiday entitlement, pension, life assurance, and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and wellbeing services.

Qualifications

• Qualified Panel Beater with NVQ / IMI Level 3 or equivalent, or proven relevant experience.
• Full UK/EU driving licence is required.
• Experience working on high-tech and prestige vehicles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-quality panel repairs on a broad range of vehicles, including high-tech and luxury models
• Diagnose damage accurately and prepare repair plans aligning with manufacturer standards
• Use a variety of tools and techniques to repair or replace panels efficiently and safely
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the repair process
