Job summary

Homeless Link in Brent is seeking a Housing Support Worker who will support participants facing homelessness and related challenges. You will help develop tailored support plans, deliver practical interventions, and work with partners to signpost services.

You'll join a trauma-informed, compassionate team, coordinating one-to-one and group sessions, with lone-working in some contexts and a rota designed to meet service needs. This role offers purposeful, community-focused work.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people who have experienced homelessness or complex needs.
• Ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and empower them to achieve goals.
• Willingness to work flexibly to meet service and resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with housing and long-term living challenges.
• Co-create tailored support plans through one-to-one and group sessions.
• Signpost participants to local services and signpost pathways.
