Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is advertising a PALS and Complaints Officer to join the busy PALS and Complaints Team. You will handle concerns, enquiries and complaints, ensuring patients, relatives and carers are heard and that service improvements are identified.

The role suits someone with excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, able to work in a fast-paced NHS environment and to support people through national and local policies

Responsibilities

• Manage patient concerns, enquiries and complaints, ensuring voices are heard and action is taken to improve services.
• Support patients, relatives and carers by guiding them through the complaints process and applicable policies.
