Job summary

Thames Hospice in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our Inpatient Unit, delivering high-quality palliative and end-of-life care to our patients and families within a supportive multidisciplinary team. The role involves shift work, long days and night shifts, plus weekend work.

You should have excellent communication skills, strong care values and a true team spirit; prior hospice experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced registered nurse (RN).
• Good communication skills and care values.
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration with MDT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality palliative and end-of-life care in the Inpatient Unit.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care.
• Possibly work shifts including long days, nights and weekends.
