Job summary

St Clare Hospice is seeking a Nursing Associate to join our 8-bed inpatient unit. You must be on the NMC register with a Foundation Degree and work with our Registered Nurses to deliver compassionate, patient-centered palliative and end-of-life care.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, carrying out clinical and care tasks to a high standard and delivering care according to each individual's plan, under supervision, with occasional shift leadership in exceptional circumstances.

Qualifications

• Must be on the NMC register with a Foundation Degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient-centered compassionate care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering holistic care.
• Carry out clinical and care tasks to a high standard.
• Deliver care in line with the individual's plan of care, under supervision, with occasional leadership in exceptional circumstances.
