Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Painter to join a damp and mould maintenance team. This role involves working in occupied domestic properties in Redditch/Birmingham (South) and delivering high-quality painting repairs and maintenance in social housing settings.

The candidate should hold an NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Painting (or be time served), possess strong communication and customer service skills, have a full UK Driving Licence, and be willing to perform basic secondary trades when
