Build Recruitment is seeking a Painter to work on occupied domestic properties in Redditch/Birmingham (South). The role involves painting repairs, maintenance, and light secondary trades within social housing and council properties.

You will deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer interaction and work across a 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, often in occupied homes. Long-term temp-to-perm potential and company van provided.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Painting.
• Experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable).

• Carry out a variety of painting repairs in domestic/social housing settings.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties.
• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.).
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout visits.
