Job summary

ARC Group is seeking a Painter & Decorator for long-term contract work covering void properties in the social housing sector. The role runs 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with duties including internal and external painting across multiple sites in the region.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of professional painting experience, own tools (brushes and whites), and transportation. Ongoing assignments, weekly pay, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years professional painting experience.
• Have own tools (brushes & whites) and transport.
• Experience of facilities or housing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Paint and decorate void properties (internal and external).
• Work on sites covering Huntingdon, Stamford, Boston and Spalding.
• Maintain quality during 8am–5pm Monday to Friday.
