ARC Group is seeking a Painter & Decorator for long-term contract work covering void properties in the social housing sector. The role runs 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with duties including internal and external painting across multiple sites in the region.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of professional painting experience, own tools (brushes and whites), and transportation. Ongoing assignments, weekly pay, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years professional painting experience.
Have own tools (brushes & whites) and transport.
Experience of facilities or housing maintenance.

Responsibilities

Paint and decorate void properties (internal and external).
Work on sites covering Huntingdon, Stamford, Boston and Spalding.
Maintain quality during 8am–5pm Monday to Friday.

Our client, a subcontractor who deliver high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector are seeking a Painter & Decorator to join their maintenance team on a long-term ongoing basis. The works are on voids properties and are a mixture of internal and external works.

Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday - 30 minutes lunch
