Job summary

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa in Thame is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Manager in keeping the property in top condition. You will work with all departments to address issues prioritizing safety and guest experience.

Previous maintenance experience across any trade is required, plus a practical approach to problem solving, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. The role offers training and benefits.

What will I do?

To assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks,ensure a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members.You will work together daily with all departments and deal with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues that compromise Health & Safety and security.
