Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House is a 4*, 165-bedroom property located near Winchester. You will assist the Maintenance Manager with a hands-on role, addressing maintenance requests and ensuring safety for guests and staff as you collaborate across departments.

The role requires experience in maintenance and a practical approach to problem solving, with a focus on high standards and timely issue resolution. A welcoming, team‑oriented environment awaits you.

What will I do?

To assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks, ensure a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members. You will work together daily with all departments and deal with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues that compromise Health & Safety and security.
