Job summary

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa, located near Thame just outside Oxford, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance role. You will support the Maintenance Manager, address a range of repair tasks, and ensure guest safety and security on site.

Ideal candidates have maintenance experience across trades, a practical problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail. The role offers on-site work with opportunities for training and development within The QHotels Collection.

What will I do?

To assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks,ensure a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members.You will work together daily with all departments and deal with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues that compromise Health & Safety and security.
