Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting a skilled Painter & Decorator to join a reactive maintenance team in Central & North Birmingham. You will carry out painting, decorating, and damp & mould works across domestic properties, delivering quality finishes inside occupied and void homes.

The role offers temp, ongoing work with weekly pay, a van, tools and a fuel card provided, and ample overtime opportunities. Strong communication and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade.
• Previous painting or damp & mould wash experience in social housing or private properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to perform basic secondary trades.

About the Role:

• Carry out a variety of painting, decorating & damp wash for tenanted properties across Central & North Birmingham.

• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2in trade

• Previous experience in painting or damp & mould wash across social housing or private

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Full UK Driving Licence
