Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Painter & Decorator to cover a commercial site in Bristol. The role involves high-quality internal painting and decorating across residential areas, with a focus on surfaces, finishes and safety. Immediate start and ongoing contract terms apply.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, earning £25 per hour via umbrella. Prior experience with commercial sites is preferred; security vetting may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ proven experience in painting and decorating.
• Experience working in a commercial environment.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in delivering quality finishes.
• Ability to manage workload independently.
• Security vetting check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality internal painting and decorating across residential accommodation.
• Prepare surfaces thoroughly (filling, sanding, priming, minor repairs).
• Apply paint finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork and communal areas.
• Carry out planned redecoration programmes and responsive works.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas in occupied properties.
• Identify and report additional maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with on-site facilities colleagues.

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Bristol. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Painter & Decorator to cover a commercial site.He or she will have a proven track record as a Painter & Decorator ideally with experience on commercial sites.

• Monday to Friday
