Are you an experienced Painter & Decorator? Capstone Construction are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team!

Capstone Construction Ltd are an Inverness-based construction company who specialise in new build housing projects but also complete a range of both domestic and commercial new build and refurbishment projects throughout the Highlands and Moray.

As a permanent member of our Painting & Decorating team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of projects.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
3. Apply different paint systems to achieve the desired finish.
4. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety standards are adhered to.
5. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Painter/Decorator.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
4. Valid CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
5. Valid driving licence preferred.
