Candidates must hold an SVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating and have a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Attainment of an SVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating.
• 2 years’ experience preferred.
• Full UK Driving License required.

• Deliver high quality maintenance painting and decorating work.

Job description

Our Client in Elgin are looking to add an experiencedPainter and Decoratorto their team. You will be based in the Elgin area working as part of our client’sproperty maintenance teams.

The Working Hours will be:
Monday – Friday
08:30-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
£16.50 Per Hour

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for general Painting maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties.
• Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
• Delivering the highest quality maintenance painting and decorating work.
• Pre inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
• Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Attainment of an SVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating.
• 2 years’ Experience
• Full UK Driving License
