Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in Lewisham is recruiting a Multi Trader for a temporary to permanent position within housing associations and social housing properties. You will perform repairs and maintenance on tenanted properties and contribute to disrepair case work, with potential progression to a permanent role.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a multi trader or maintenance operative in social housing, along with the ability to work within a complex works/disrepair team and deliver

Day to Day for multi trader:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties
• Working on disrepair cases
• Desired to have experience working on complex works team or disrepair team within property maintenance
