Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a reliable Painter and Decorator Multi Trader with damp and mould experience for a temporary role in South West London (SW2). The successful candidate will carry out painting and decorating, general maintenance and installations across occupied and vacant properties.

You will work Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, with a van and fuel card provided. The pay rate is £27.12 per hour via umbrella or CIS, with a benefits package including 25 days' holiday rising to

• Relevant painting and decorating qualification preferred.

PAINTER AND DECORATOR MULTI TRADER - Damp and Mould Experience

• Temp position available
• Location: South West London SW2
• Van, fuel card provided

• Good all round candidates with can do attitude.

We're looking for a number of good all round Painter Decorator Multi Traders who have Damp and Mould experience -skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the South West London area. You must have the ability complete the associated tasks relating to your main trade Painting and Decorating.

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade e.g P&D and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
