Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Evesham, Worcestershire is seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join the facilities team. The role involves delivering planned and reactive paint work, maintaining tools and materials, and ensuring health and safety standards across the contract.

The position supports the CRED programme, guiding clients in employability skills and contributing to a safe, decent living environment while enabling rehabilitation activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating
• Previous relevant work-related experience
• Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements and risk assessments

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive paint work in all areas.
• Responsibility for the care and maintenance of tools, materials and additional company property.
• Compliance with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directive.
• This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
• Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
