Job summary

North Wales Housing Association Limited is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to maintain and improve North Wales properties as a mobile worker. The role requires decorating to a high standard and preparing homes for new tenants.

You will report to the Repairs Manager, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across North Wales, and you will support other trades in a responsive, customer-focused repairs service.

Qualifications

• Experience as painter & decorator delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
