Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate, located in Old Windsor, seeks a Painter & Decorator to join the Maintenance team. You will paint and decorate across bedrooms, public areas, event spaces and back-of-house areas, ensuring high-quality finishes while minimising disruption to guests.

With prior hotel or large-venue experience, you will work within a busy property, prioritising tasks, maintaining tidiness, and supporting general maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Professional painting and decorating experience, ideally within a hotel, large venue or commercial environment.
• Good knowledge of painting and decorating techniques, materials and surface preparation.
• Great eye for detail and pride in completing work to a high standard.
• Organised and able to prioritise workload around the needs of a busy property.
• Positive, can-do approach and enjoy being part of a wider Maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Paint and decorate across bedrooms, public areas, event spaces and back-of-house areas.

Job description

We're looking for a Painter & Decorator to join the Maintenance team at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor. As a Painter & Decorator with De Vere you'll play an important part in keeping our hotel beautifully presented, carrying out painting and decorating across bedrooms, public areas, event spaces and back-of-house areas. From preparing surfaces and completing repairs to painting and finishing, you'll take pride in completing work to a high standard and paying attention to the details that make a difference to the appearance of our property. As you'll often be working within a busy hotel, you'll plan your work carefully to minimise disruption, making sure areas are appropriately protected and left clean, tidy and safe for our guests and colleagues. You'll be part of our wider Maintenance team and may also lend a hand with general maintenance tasks from time to time. De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds.
