Scottish Borders Housing Association is seeking a time-served Painter and Decorator for a permanent, full-time role based in the Scottish Borders. You will lead painting and decorating across diverse housing stock, performing repairs, maintenance and planned upgrades while upholding safety standards and tenant wellbeing.
The role requires a City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent, a valid UK driving licence, and a focus on quality with minimal disruption to tenants.
Salary: £30,818 - £33,997 per year (pay award pending)
Location: Scottish Borders
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
