Job summary

Capstone Construction Ltd in Inverness is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team on permanent full-time basis. You will prepare surfaces, apply paints, varnishes and finishes, and ensure high quality workmanship across domestic and commercial projects.

We value attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and a valid CSCS card (preferred). Training and progression opportunities are available on a range of new build and refurbishment projects in the Highlands and Moray.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Painter/Decorator.
• Comprehensive knowledge of painting techniques, materials and tools.
• Valid CSCS card preferred but not essential.
• Valid driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding and filling holes or imperfections.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
• Apply different paint systems to achieve the desired finish.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a good working order, ensuring safety standards are adhered to.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Are you an experienced Painter & Decorator? Capstone Construction are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team!

Capstone Construction Ltd are an Inverness-based construction company who specialise in new build housing projects but also complete a range of both domestic and commercial new build and refurbishment projects throughout the Highlands and Moray.

As a permanent member of our Painting & Decorating team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of projects.
