Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Painter to join our growing painting team based in Plymouth and covering Tiverton. You will carry out internal and external decorations in customers' properties, while adhering to safety standards and delivering high-quality finishes.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £33,259 for a 39-hour week with potential OT earnings up to £37,315, plus uniform, PPE, holidays, pension contributions, life insurance and access to wellbeing support services.

Qualifications

• Preferrably qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
• Experience in domestic / social housing environments preferred.
• Passion for improving customers' homes with strong customer service.
• Driving licence valid for the UK.

Responsibilities

• Completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings.
• Give a detailed example of some of the works they will be required to complete.
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What You Will Bring As a Painter

• Preferrably qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
